- We have many different leasing options; you can lease by the semester or school year.
- Your rent will include all utilities such as WI-FI, water, and trash. The only utility you will need to pay for is electricity.
- The easiest way to pay your monthly installments is through our resident portal. This is accessible through a link on the website; residents can download the resident portal app on their phones for mobile usage. The residents portal app allows residents to link a bank account or credit/debit cards and set up recurring installment payments.
What do I do if I don't have a roommate to move in with?
- No worries! We offer a thorough roommate matching service with questions to pair you with a roommate and friend for your entire college experience!
- Our parking lot is first come, first served. There are no assigned parking spaces and no parking passes or fees that we require.
- We have mailboxes for each apartment in our community, and oversized packages will be held in our leasing office.
- Yes, we do require renter's insurance. You can call our leasing office for more details.
- We are a 10-minute walk to campus and offer a shuttle bus service to get you where you need to be! Contact our leasing office to learn about the times available for the shuttle bus.
- Here at TEC, we love our furry friends, but we require them to be under 30lb. We also have a one-time $350 fee plus $25 monthly rent for every animal.
- A guarantor acts as a co-signer and financial supporter of the lease contract. This person must meet the income and credit requirements to be approved.
- To guarantee your bed space, we will need a signed lease agreement. Leases are generated once your application is complete, and your screening has been approved
