|Recommended: YesMoving in review — almost everything is well cleaned. there were a few things that we had to go back over. there were a few broken pieces in the tub and the screen on the outside of the window is tore. most everything was great.

|Recommended: NoIN My OPINION. MAKE SURE you take pictures of every thing you see. Do not assume anything. They tried to charge me a fee for light dust on counter. No matter how you dust vacuum, you will have dust all year long due to the wind. Anything that are wear and tear such as Windows caulking, they would try to charge you. Parking has been an issue for years. You could hardly see the parking lines and management keep making promises to re-paint. 95 of the unit are old and have not been updated for almost 20 years. If you put in maintenance service, expect long delay as management wants to reduce cost. WIFI service is free for a reason so don't expect good service. Management do not spend money on lawn maintenance. They only mow and all you would see are dirt weed. Some have moved to Legend other places.
|Recommended: YesSolid Student Living — Very close to campus, never had issues with neighbors, maintenance staff is quick and friendly, some issues with communicating problems to tenants, nothing major. It's a solid place for students and a good place to live.
|Recommended: YesGood Place to live — This was my first apartment to move in on my own. It has been a great starter apartment for me not to have to commute to work. Staff and management were great Would have preferred a better roommate. Would recommend this place to my friends.

|Recommended: YesDecent — It's an okay building to live at. Parking is a bit of a challenge to find sometimes. There can be some noise, just depends on your roommates and who lives in the building around you.

|Recommended: YesApartment review — Wish that the apartments were updated like the model apartment they show you. I think it’s a work in progress. We were told that they would try and update our apartment so we will see. Staff is amazing Location is very convenient.
