|Recommended: YesJust moved in — I don’t think my bathroom was cleaned before I moved in. There were a lot of stains and dirt residue. I ended up cleaning it myself. There’s also something wrong with my shower head. I think y’all just need to make sure to do an inspection before someone moves in. It was really disheartening to come home to a dirty living space. The staff here are lovely though. Very kind people They should be proud of their work

So far, the staff has not been very informative or helpful. It seems no one really has answers. No one explained ANYTHING to my daughter on the portal, payment due dates or processes so she was charged a late fee, then they refused to waive it. When asked, one said they didn't know how to really use the portal to help her upload photos of issues upon move in. As a result, the towel rack fell of the wall and needs replaced.
The grounds are not taken care of very well.
