|Recommended: YesOur son was a student at WTAMU and moved to CEV Canyon last year. We were skeptical by some of the conditions of non-working amenities initially, but one of the managers Kristen Bunn assured us that all would be taken care of in a timely manner and adjustments would be made if necessary. Kristen kept her word and never let us down. She was a great help to our son throughout his lease term doing her job with extreme pride and she was even eager to assist us after his lease end. Kristen has been a God send and we are thankful for her. She is professional and genuinely cares, CEV Canyon should be grateful to have her on staff. Promotion and Bonus recommended, she’s a keeper Thanks James

|Recommended: YesTE Canyon Apartments — Nice place to stay for a reasonable price. Maintenance workers are really nice and efficient even on holiday hours.
|Recommended: Yes9 10 — Maintenance is very respectful and complete work orders very quick with great quality. On-site staff are very friendly and understanding. The only downside I have is the neighbors above have very heavy feet. But overall 9 10, would definitely recommend others to live here. I would love to see that sand volleyball pit be renovated for use in the near future.

|Recommended: YesTE Canyon — So far I'm really impressed with this property Move-in was super easy and smooth. I was even notified the day before move-in that I was all good to proceed with the move-in process. They informed me how my key pick-up process would go and I was even told directions to my building to lessen any confusion. The staff was very welcoming and nice. Another nice thing is that there is always more than enough parking in front and on the side of the building I'm located in. It also seems to be very quiet here, which I like. My neighbors seem to be very quiet and considerate of each other when it comes to noise. I would definitely recommend this property to somebody who is apartment hunting.
I am soo happy to hear the move to your home away from home has gone well. We really do emphasize having great resident relations and are always here if you need something.
|Recommended: YesGreat place, close to campus — The staff are very laid back and understanding. Super helpful for students that are just getting into college and those that have been around the block. They are also very responsive to your needs

|Recommended: YesSo far so good — I honestly love everything about these apartments It was cleaned when we got there, it seemed to be broken or where we had to ask for maintenance as we arrived. People who work there are super friendly and welcoming
